If you’re concerned about something we worked on during the warranty period, contact us. Send photos, explain what’s happening, and we’ll take a look. Where the issue is covered, we’ll make it right.
Coverage does not include conditions outside our workmanship such as structural movement, pre-existing conditions, unrelated drainage or water issues, damage or alterations by others, impact damage, or normal wear and weathering. For repairs to existing structures, the warranty applies to our work rather than unrelated parts of the property we did not work on.
We stand behind our work. Hiding behind the voicemail isn’t much of a warranty.
